Since 1975, the C&S Charity Golf Outing has raised millions of dollars for organizations helping children who are battling cancer and nonprofits addressing hunger and nutrition. C&S Charities Inc., a nonprofit organization, is the coordinating entity. We’re proud to support the following organizations:
Pediatric Oncology Unit at CHaD (Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth): At this respected regional hospital, where an entire unit is devoted solely to children with cancer, young patients receive advanced care that can improve their odds.
Jimmy Fund/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute: Today, children with cancer and their families have more hope than ever before, thanks to the Jimmy Fund. Since 1948, the Jimmy Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has supported cancer research and care for adults and children.
Hole in the Wall Gang Camp: Children with cancer don’t stop being children! Their need for love, wonder, laughter and learning is still strong. The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a very special place where kids with cancer can experience all the fun, laughter and good times of summer camp.
Feeding America: Millions of children rely on school meal programs to meet their daily nutritional needs. Feeding America’s BackPack Program helps feed hungry children on weekends and during school vacations. More than 35,000 backpacks and refills are distributed nationally each week, containing nutritious, child-friendly food.
Share Our Strength: Share Our Strength is our country’s leading organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Share Our Strength works with legislators, community leaders and hunger activists to ensure that every child has access to healthy, nutritious food.
